Professional Career Choice and Planning

Description

God has plan for everyone with his own purpose and plan. Knowing God’s will for one’s life is an important in finding one’s career. God gives us clues in knowing His will through various ways such as our talent, ability, passion, experience, circumstance, etc. This course will help attendant how to understand God’s will in finding one’s career with some practical tips and panel discussion session.

Several panelists from various professional areas (World Bank, NASA, medicine, teaching, ….) will participate in the class. In addition, students will have a chance to take the online career aptitude test at https://www.truity.com/view/tests/personality-career.

Dr. Abraham Bae

Abraham Bae is a layman missionary serving the Washington chapter in Maryland, USA. He is married to Susanna Bae and has four children. He is an assistant professor at Howard University and teaches mechanical engineering subjects (i.e., microfabrication, computer aided design, and computer aided engineering).
